HER STORE POLICY

Sales, Returns & Order Policies

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Exchange information, if applicable, is provided further below.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
  • Items cannot be switched or modified after an order is submitted, including orders that have not yet shipped.
  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping addresses and email information at the time of purchase.Due to high email volume, incorrect information may not be identified prior to shipment. If an error occurs, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to correct the order. We are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding product availability or restocks. To receive updates on restocks and new releases, please subscribe to our email mailing list.

Discount Codes

  • Discount codes may not be combined.
  • All discount codes must be applied at checkout at the time of purchase.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been completed.

If you experience an issue with a discount code, please contact us before placing your order at

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee upon request.

  • Insurance must be requested immediately after placing your order and before a tracking number is issued.
  • Once a tracking number has been generated, insurance cannot be added.
  • Damage resulting from application, wear, use, or cleaning is not covered and does not qualify for replacement.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping policy for all digital orders will be delivered electronically from our system. Please give the system 5-10 minutes to send you your download files. Physical items will take 5-10 business days can shipping delays may occur due to the current pandemic shipping situation. You can always email our support team at: supporther@etarhosigmasorority.org for an additional assistance with your order.  Track my order


Physical Orders

Please allow 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship, excluding preorder items. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the order ships. International orders, please allow up to 15-20 business days for your order to arrive after the tracking number is emailed to you. Please also check with your local post office or customs after 10 days as the package may be held there. Longer delays may apply if you did not enter your full and complete shipping address. 


If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.


If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact supporther@etarhosigmasorority.org or visit our FAQ page. Please include your full name and order number for faster service.  


Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handed through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com, or (800)275-8777.


If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service.


If you have had issues with the postal service, we strongly encourage you to add insurance to your shipments. You can add insurance on your shipment if you would like for an additional charge. If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to contact us via email immediately after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.  

Exchange Policy

Regular-priced items may be exchanged for store credit only, which may be applied toward a future purchase. Refunds are not issued.

Exchange Authorization & Timeline

  • All exchange requests must be initiated via email within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
  • Exchanges require prior authorization. Items returned without authorization will be refused.
  • Once an exchange is authorized, return tracking information must be submitted within 48 hours. Failure to do so will void the exchange request.
  • Timeframes are adjusted for weekends and holidays where applicable.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition.
  • All tags and labels must remain attached. Items returned with tags or labels removed are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items received with stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
  • We recommend trying items on before removing tags and avoiding makeup, deodorant, or fragrances during try-on.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Any claims for damage or defects must be reported within three (3) calendar days of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
  • Please inspect all items upon receipt, as no resolution will be offered outside the stated timeframe.

Exchange Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, a store credit code will be issued.
  • Store credit may only be used for future purchases and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Shipping fees apply to new orders placed using exchange credits.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time the exchange is processed.

Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • An additional shipping charge will apply for sending the exchanged item and will be invoiced accordingly.
  • If an item is returned without authorization or does not meet exchange criteria, the customer will be responsible for return postage.

Final Sale Items

  • All sale items and swimwear are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
  • Discounts applied at the time of purchase do not carry over to exchanged items.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  • Exchanges must be initiated via email using the Contact Us form.
  • Please include your full name and order number for faster service.

Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. processes all exchanges consistently and without exception. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

PREORDERS

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items in the order are available. We do not offer split shipments; each order will be shipped in a single delivery when all items are ready. If there is a delay in the availability of a preorder item, customers will be notified via email with an update on the status of the order.

RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us via email within three (3) calendar days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a return shipping label. Returned items must be shipped back within three (3) calendar days of the return label being issued. Return labels will not be reissued after this timeframe. If you are unable to return the item within the allotted period, you must notify us within the same three-day window to maintain eligibility. Failure to follow these timelines will result in the return becoming invalid.

Digital Products & Membership Refund Policy

All digital products and memberships are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, transfers, or cancellations for digital purchases or membership fees. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Access to digital products and membership materials is granted immediately upon purchase once payment has been successfully processed. If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us for assistance. While refunds are not provided, we are committed to ensuring you receive access to the materials purchased.
