Non-collegiate refers to an organization or program that is not affiliated with a college or university. In the context of Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc., being non-collegiate means that membership is not limited to women who are currently enrolled in or have graduated from a particular college or university. Instead, the sorority is open to women who are actively engaged in business or a profession, regardless of their educational background or alma mater.
