1. Eta Rho Sigma Sorority is a special group for BIPOC women who identify with our community.
2. Minimum 2-4 Equivalent Consecutive Years In Business or Professional Career (Engaged in a profession where they are certified or has achieved an acclaimed level of proficiency.)
3. Have a commitment to community service and be willing to participate in community service activities sponsored by the sorority.
4. Demonstrate ethical behavior, professionalism, and leadership skills.
5. Attend at least two meetings or events sponsored by the sorority before applying for membership.
6. Complete and submit an application for membership, along with any required documentation or fees.
7. Be willing to uphold and abide by the sorority's constitution, bylaws, and code of conduct.
8. Be willing to actively participate in the sorority's activities, programs, and initiatives, and support its mission and values.
9. Attendance at an Information Session with the required documents listed in the Letter of Invitation.
10. Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. extends membership exclusively by invitation and does not engage in individual solicitation. Membership approval is granted at the national level. Our local chapters organize public events like forums, cultural presentations, and social activities to provide an opportunity for potential candidates to interact with chapter members and learn about the community service projects they undertake.
11. HER Society: The Invitation Only Experience ! Our exclusive membership process commences with a coveted invitation letter bearing the signatures of both the National President and the Membership Maven on official chapter stationery. Please note that we strictly prohibit any involvement in HER Membership Experience activities prior to receiving an official invitation letter. Any attempt to partake in such activities before the receipt of the acceptance letter will result in an automatic disqualification of your membership application. Stay tuned for your official invitation and get ready for a truly elevated experience with HER Society.
12. The Elite Path to Joining Our Inner Circle is exclusive, and there's no room for pledging activities before, during, or after initiation. Any member who willingly participates in such activities will be immediately disqualified from membership consideration. Furthermore, members who are found to have participated in pledging activities after initiation may face suspension or expulsion. Remember, we don't pledge - we thrive.
