Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc.'s mission is to empower and support BIPOC women in business by providing a supportive network and resources for personal and professional growth. The sorority strives to foster an environment of sisterhood, leadership, and education, while also promoting community service and engagement. Through its programs and initiatives, Eta Rho Sigma Sorority aims to uplift and elevate its members and the wider community, with a particular focus on marginalized and underrepresented groups.
Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. has a clear purpose: to motivate, encourage, and support our members in achieving their business education and professional goals. We believe that by providing education and mentorship opportunities, we can empower BIPOC women to reach their full potential and become leaders in their fields.
In addition to supporting individual members, our organization is dedicated to building a stronger community among BIPOC professional women. We recognize the importance of a supportive network in overcoming obstacles and achieving success in both personal and professional endeavors.
Philanthropy and volunteerism are also core values of Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Inc. We feel a responsibility to use our abilities and resources to make positive change in the world and support the communities in which we operate.

Looking towards the future, Eta Rho Sigma Sorority, Incorporated is setting its sights high with a philanthropic goal of donating over $25,000 to charitable causes that involve the remarkable Dr. Hadiyah-Nicole Green and the Ora Lee Smith Cancer Research Foundation. This is yet another example of our unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on the world, as we have already made significant donations to organizations like Habitat for Humanity Restore and Women of Color Leadership Coalition.
But we're not stopping there. Our organization will provide grants to support innovative programs that offer creative solutions to the evolving needs of African descent communities in various fields, including health, education, social services, and cultural and international affairs. By supporting these programs, we can make a meaningful contribution to the world and help build a better future for everyone.
Furthermore, we're actively working towards achieving non-profit corporation status under Section 501 (c)(3) of the tax code.
